How to submit a request
Just open a ticket in our support system in "Customization Requests" category, and we will answer you as soon as possible. We really appreciate if you provide all tasks in a numbered list and add some screenshots if the task requires this.
After the budget is approved, provide us with all the necessary data for this task (e.g. WordPress admin / FTP server credentials etc).
Terms and Conditions
We work from Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 06:00 PM UTC+2 Time Zone (Europe). Please note, than your time zone may differ.
As soon as all requested tasks are done, we allow a customer to get 2 free revisions, it is necessary to revise the work done within 24 hours. All further revisions will be extra-charged.
Also, please consider that revision refers to initially set tasks , it does not imply adding any new tasks.
Payments
We accept payments through Payoneer payment system only. A customer receives an invoice via email, when the job and free revisions are done. Please note, that we require 50% deposit for any tasks and it is not refundable.
Refund Policy
We offer no refunds for customization services, but we do our best for your satisfaction.
